worst starbucks ever, went here 2 times now and both times the order was wrong. first time i went back and had them redo my order and they did to properly, second time i went they got it wrong AGAIN and i couldn’t be bothered, i simply just won’t be coming back. picture is one of my orders, i asked for light ice and they put like half of the drink ice, second time they’ve done this 🫩. furthermore the wait time is crazy. i was the only one in the drive thru and it still took 5 minutes to make my order. meanwhile, when i went to the okeechobee starbucks, they took like one minute and i was the third car in the line, they also actually do the order right and never get it wrong. just insane the difference.

This picture speaks for itself. I watched the barista use this cup for every single drink (the cup in the bacteria filled sink that appears filthy) and the lid (sitting in a water puddle, also bacteria infested) açaí, coffee, back and forth and straight back in the sink, resting on the sink faucet … I pay an average of $14 a day on a drink and egg white bites. If you do the math monthly, it is actually fair that you want a drink, made correctly (about 50% of the time it’s not) and with sanitary caution! I have made it a point to make coffee at home as much as possible due to the lack of accuracy in my drink order connected to the price, but yesterday I had a busy day and had more of the day to chug through so I wanted to treat myself. Through the drive thru I paid $2 extra for caramel drizzle around the cup to have close to none added on the brim, which does not serve the purpose or the value so I went inside to politely ask for more added - I waited patiently but the staff wasn’t very polite , and had me waiting which made me naturally watch my surroundings and this is what I was noticing. I come to this Starbucks all the time because I work right next door. I love this location - the staff are always super nice. It usually busy here but that is to be expected because it's on a busy corner off Dixie Highway. Today was special though. I was having a really bad morning, stressed at work and even cried a bit from stress. I came in to take a quick break & get my favorite drink: Iced Double Berry Matcha. Garret the supervisor (I hope I got his name right) took my order and I see him here a lot & he is always nice. Today though he was extra amazing. I vented a bit about my morning and he was just sooo nice and empathetic. Even though they were short staffed that morning and doing their best with the amount of online orders they had - he acted like I was the only person there and I will not forget this. There was another young man who saw me waiting and went to look for my order to help me asap. Garret started making my drink though so that young man could continue with the online orders. There was some extra matcha drink that he blended for my order and gave me that in a little cup and told me he hoped my day got better. I rarely see customer service like that and I so ap

When I went to this Starbucks, I was welcomed with a warm greeting from an exceptionally amicable staff that added warmth to the entire establishment. In addition, the patrons were very friendly, something that seemed statistically improbable but true nonetheless. I met some great people and made some valuable business contacts while I was there. It is refreshing to be at a place where you have good coffee, positive energy, and genuine human interactions instead of everyone acting like they are pieces of furniture.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house so unfortunately I do have to come here most of my time. There have been times where I have had to leave the drive-through because of how long it takes. I understand that they have rush-hour and may have a limited amount of staff, but this has happened 50% of the time that I come to this Starbucks. I am sitting in my car now at 6 AM with three cars in front of me and one just left the drive through. The amount of time it takes to get through this drive-through is diabolical!
